Let’s Talk About It
A Candid Conversation on Women’s Mental Health
Join the Women’s Resource Centre for an intimate evening with local author Cheyra Bell as we explore women’s mental health through storytelling, honest dialogue, and shared reflection.
This casual conversation will create space for women to listen, connect, and speak openly about the mental health challenges we often carry quietly. Through Cheyra’s personal reflections and her work as the author of On The Brink of Insanity, we will open up a meaningful conversation about what it means to navigate mental health, healing, identity, and support as women.
This event is being held as part of Mental Health Anti-Stigma Month and is designed to be a relaxed, supportive space for women in the community.
Dinner will be provided, and each attendee will receive a signed copy of On The Brink of Insanity by Cheyra Bell.
