Love Shouldn’t Hurt: A Parent’s Guide to Creating Emotional Safety for Teens
Facilitated by Leticia Francis, this trauma-informed workshop teaches parents how to recognize early signs of emotional manipulation, communicate with empathy, and create a safe, open environment where teens feel comfortable asking for help. By using the S.A.F.E.™ framework, reflective exercises, and real-world scenarios, parents learn how to build trust, interrupt harmful patterns, and support their teen without judgment or fear. The workshop gives parents the tools to be proactive, protective, and connected.
This workshop is ideal for mother’s and female caregivers of teens seeking tools to support the teens in their lives.
